THE PROPERTY MANAGER

Nick is a proud U.S. Veteran. Nick served in the United States Marine Corps from 2012-2016. After receiving an honorable discharge he went on to become a State Trooper where he served his local community. Nick has always had a passion for serving and strives to provide a world class experience for the residents. With Nicks background and attention to detail our residents can rest knowing the property is safe and secure. And we look forward to serving YOU!

Very nice apartments and super nice managers. Nick was very helpful getting me in a unit and when I was done with my work closed my lease with no issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend diamond apartments if you ever find yourself in the wilmington area for an extended period of time.

  • Can i extend my stay if needed?
    We work with many travel nurses and people who are waiting to close on their new construction "forever home". We will work with you to extend your stay!
  • Can I forward my mail?
    Yes. You will get a mail key upon move-in with us.
  • Are there any move out fees?
    No! We don't "nickel and dime" you. Your rent payment is truly all-inclusive. This means that you only will receive one bill.
  • What is the next step?
    Fill out the contact for below or call/text leasing at (910) 408 2505. Note: all residents are screened for Criminal History, Eviction history and background.
  • Do you allow pets?
    We are a pet-friendly apartment complex! While we do have some breed restrictions based on our insurance policy, we genuinely adore all animals. We charge a one-time pet fee of $250, and there are no additional monthly charges or "pet rent" involved. If you are planning to bring your furry friends along and if your pet weighs over 20 pounds, kindly let us know so we can assign you a first-floor apartment, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment for all our residents.
