I enjoyed my stay at The Studios at The Diamond! All of the household essentials were provided. Nick is super nice and goes out of his way for his tenants. As a travel nurse who travels alone, safety is a priority. I felt very safe staying here.
Entire experience was great! Able to move into studio quickly. Ample parking, quiet location. Staff available via text or email to answer questions with quick response time. Unit was updated and clean. Will stay here again.
I stayed here for almost 7 months and it was Amazing and if I had any issues they were addressed immediately. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The apartment is Private and Low Key.
The entire staff has gone out of their way to make sure I am happy here, and that is a breath of fresh air. If you are thinking of giving The Diamond a chance, DO IT! Best decision I've made since being in Wilmington.
The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quite. Nick and Tina are great to work with and the process to rent was fast and easy. I will choose to stay here if ever I'm in Wilmington again.
As a travel nurse the management was very easy to work with. The apartment was nice with the amenities that I needed. I always felt safe as I was there by myself. I would recommend any travel nurse to Nick and Tina.
The Diamond has been a great location. Located within minutes of the hospital. The units are cute and modern, and have everything you need. The manager is responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
